Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with physicists and data scientists to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced optimization
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum computing projects
- Identify commercial applications for quantum AI solutions across finance, healthcare, and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Strong background in quantum mechanics and information theory
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
