Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization and acceleration
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for industrial applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced deep learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures for AI workloads
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into practical AI solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Drive open-source quantum AI framework development and community engagement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational theory
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
