Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms tailored for classical-quantum hybrid machine learning models.
- Lead the architecture strategy for integrating Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) into our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists in quantum mechanics and software engineering.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure quantum error correction and system stability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, AI, and post-quantum cryptography.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum computing theory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
