- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid systems leveraging Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Develop error-correction algorithms for quantum processors operating at 100+ qubit scales
- Architect fault-tolerant neural networks optimized for quantum co-processors
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum machine learning innovation
- Translate quantum advantage into practical applications for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Define technical roadmap for quantum-AI integration through 2026
- Secure patents for novel quantum neural network architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proficiency with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and backpropagation
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Track record of delivering production-ready quantum-AI prototypes
- Strong knowledge of quantum security protocols and NISQ-era limitations
