Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document test results, bugs, and detailed issue reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning and release cycles
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data
- Perform regression testing on updated software builds
- Analyze system requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios
- Validate product functionality against business specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agile development processes
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
