Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA and other tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product stability and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide quality assurance feedback.
- Execute regression testing to ensure recent changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Communicate technical issues and status updates clearly to the development team and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing and experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Familiarity with SQL and API testing (Postman) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and test documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
