Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to validate software functionality and user flows.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect tracking tools with high precision.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to reproduce bugs, understand root causes, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new updates and features do not break existing functionality.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and test scripts.
- Communicate test results and risk assessments to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends to improve processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) Testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying for data validation.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
