Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA or similar tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Analyze requirements and create test data to support regression testing.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
