Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and track bugs in JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate UI/UX functionality across web and mobile applications
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing for product releases
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual QA testing experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL for data validation
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
