Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our quality assurance team. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience before they reach our customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using JIRA.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot minor inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training program and obtain necessary certifications.
