Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document detailed test results and track bugs in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Create comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Perform regression testing on new software builds
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and CMMI quality standards
- Maintain accurate test documentation and metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, MS Office)
