Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and other tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve quality issues
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create detailed test plans and test scripts
- Perform regression testing on new features
- Analyze test results and provide improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to learn new technologies and QA methodologies
- Passion for quality and user experience
