As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring our software products are user-friendly, reliable, and bug-free. You will work alongside experienced developers and product managers in a collaborative, modern office environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and scripts to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies in software applications.
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA or similar ticketing systems for the development team to resolve.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers) to understand project requirements and test scenarios.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test data.
- Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that the product meets business needs before launch.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot minor UI/UX inconsistencies.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new software testing tools and methodologies quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
