Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product stability.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and drive quality improvements.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Perform load and performance testing where applicable.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and SDLC.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
