Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with high priority and accuracy.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not break existing functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar automation frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
