Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality meets business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and validate user stories.
- Analyze system requirements and troubleshoot defects to ensure high-quality releases.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test data and test scripts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python or JavaScript preferred).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
