- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify defects and ensure software stability.
- Document detailed bug reports and track issues to resolution using JIRA and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot complex issues and refine software functionality.
- Perform regression testing on new builds to verify that fixes are effective and no new issues were introduced.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to define quality criteria and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or manual testing.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying for data validation.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical findings clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
