Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Perform regression testing on builds to ensure recent code changes have not introduced new errors.
- Analyze system logs and reports to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of testing processes and test data.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with manual testing and knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and verification.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly.
