Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and UI defects
- Create detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce
- Validate software builds against technical specifications and user requirements
- Perform regression testing on new features and system updates
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document test procedures and maintain test case repositories
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of manual QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and testing frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience writing test cases from technical documentation
- Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
