- Document test results with precision using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Verify product functionality across browsers and devices
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and retrospectives
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and bug reports
- Assist in defining test strategies and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
