Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning and release cycles
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple browsers
- Participate in test planning sessions and contribute to test strategy improvements
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test scripts and checklists
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience with both manual testing and basic automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
