Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document detailed test results using industry-standard tools (Jira, TestRail)
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and verify resolutions
- Participate in agile sprint planning and regression testing cycles
- Perform functional, compatibility, and user acceptance testing across devices
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and quality metrics
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for QA efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA testing experience (manual/automated)
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability to work during core business hours (9am-5pm EST)
