Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools like Jira.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Analyze system logs and error reports to diagnose root causes of issues.
- Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing (Manual & Automation preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
