Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test plans and test cases across multiple platforms and browsers.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA and other ticketing systems.
- Perform regression testing after software updates to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Conduct manual testing and support automated testing efforts where applicable.
- Document test results and provide actionable feedback to improve user experience.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Black Box and White Box testing.
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong drive for quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
