Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive test plans for both software and hardware products to ensure 100% functionality.
- Identify, document, and verify bugs and defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot complex issues and refine user experience.
- Develop and maintain detailed test cases and scripts to ensure test coverage across all modules.
- Perform regression testing after software updates to ensure existing features remain stable.
- Analyze system performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (Software or Hardware testing).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data verification.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
