Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functionality, usability, and performance across web/mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity levels in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate bug fixes
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress for continuous validation
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders
- Generate test metrics and improvement reports for QA process optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium preferred)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
