Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and define requirements.
- Document and track defects using JIRA or similar ticketing systems with high accuracy.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not break existing functionality.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Analyze system logs and error reports to diagnose root causes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Experience with SQL for database verification.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
