Responsibilities
- Automated Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to reduce manual effort and increase coverage.
- Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test suites, analyzing results to identify defects and ensure software stability.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate testing processes into our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) to facilitate continuous delivery.
- Defect Management: Log, track, and verify bugs in Jira, working closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression reports.
- Performance Testing: Collaborate with the team to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Automation.
- Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Frameworks: Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall processes.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and bug tracking tools (Jira).
