- Analyze model outputs to identify hallucinations, biases, or errors and implement corrective strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI use cases and user personas.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of prompt templates and best practices.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize for accuracy and user engagement.
- Document prompt engineering workflows and create training materials for internal teams.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLM capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role within the AI/ML space.
- Exceptional command of the English language with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and refine AI behavior.
- Familiarity with Python or JSON is a plus.
