Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high-fidelity output and accuracy.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize user engagement and response quality.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business goals into effective AI strategies.
- Maintain and expand our internal library of prompt templates and best practices.
- Analyze user feedback and conversational data to iteratively improve AI performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and NLP.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, NLP Specialist, or similar role in AI/ML.
- Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and creative writing.
- Familiarity with Python, OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM integration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems in an iterative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
