Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, test, and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Workflow Integration: Develop complex prompt chains and workflows to automate business processes and enhance productivity.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze AI outputs to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative AI personas and brand voices.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed libraries of prompt templates, best practices, and optimization logs for the engineering team.
- Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback on AI interactions and iterate on prompt strategies to improve user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field, with specific experience in Prompt Engineering or AI interaction design.
