Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama.
- Analyze model outputs to refine prompt structures, improve accuracy, and ensure relevance.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering into broader AI workflows and applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to validate prompt effectiveness and iterate on strategies for better results.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Create documentation and guidelines for prompt best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with Python and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for language nuance.
