Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Conduct A/B testing and iteration on prompt variations to improve accuracy, relevance, and tone.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement in prompt engineering and system logic.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices to establish a scalable engineering framework.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of how to structure prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and similar models.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and rhetorical nuance.
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
