Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Develop, test, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Iterative Improvement: Analyze model responses and user feedback to continuously refine prompt strategies and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt logic into scalable production systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices for the engineering team.
- Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to determine the most effective approaches for various use cases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and how they apply to generative AI.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Python, API integrations (OpenAI API), and JSON formatting.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
