Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Develop and optimize complex prompt chains and workflows for GPT-4, Claude, and custom LLMs to achieve high-fidelity outputs.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Analyze model outputs to identify patterns and train/ fine-tune models to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Content Strategy: Create compelling, context-aware content strategies that align with brand voice and user intent.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of different prompt variations to maximize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and edge case handling for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production applications seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages; familiarity with APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face).
- Language Mastery: Exceptional command of English grammar, rhetoric, and creative writing.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into solvable prompts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Tools: Experience using tools like LangChain, PromptLayer, or similar prompt management platforms.
