Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output quality and reduce hallucinations.
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies for specific use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to translate business requirements into technical prompt logic.
- Create and maintain a library of prompt templates for various internal and client applications.
- Evaluate model outputs against human standards and iterate on prompts based on feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to apply cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, data science, or technical writing with a focus on AI.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
- Excellent command of the English language with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Experience coding in Python or similar languages is a strong plus.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex logic puzzles.
