Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize accuracy and response quality
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices
- Stay current with LLM advancements and integrate new capabilities into existing frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI/ML development
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like Hugging Face or LangChain
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
