Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI prompts for large language models to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to define prompt engineering strategies and success metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for team-wide adoption
- Stay current with AI advancements and integrate emerging techniques
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and tools
- Optimize prompts for efficiency, accuracy, and ethical alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Proficiency with Python and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Strong understanding of language model architectures and limitations
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and results
- Certification in AI/ML or prompt engineering preferred
