Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize accuracy, creativity, and safety
- Create prompt engineering frameworks for scalable deployment across multiple industry verticals
- Document best practices and train junior team members on prompt design principles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
