Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to achieve specific business objectives and user goals.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iteration cycles to refine model outputs, reduce factual hallucinations, and improve response accuracy.
- Analyze user feedback, interaction logs, and data metrics to continuously improve prompt strategies and system performance.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate prompt logic into larger AI systems and APIs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries, best practices, and model behavior guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, transformer architectures, and generative AI trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related technical field with a focus on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with major LLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a creative approach to handling ambiguous user requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
