Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI outputs to identify biases, errors, and safety risks.
- Iterative Optimization: Continuously analyze user feedback and model performance metrics to iterate and improve prompt chains and workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or a related technical field, with specific experience in LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Language: Excellent command of the English language, with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and style.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured, executable prompts.
