Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompt chains and system instructions to maximize model performance and accuracy.
- Evaluate and fine-tune model outputs to ensure they align with brand voice, safety guidelines, and user intent.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to drive measurable improvements in response quality.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate user requirements into effective AI interaction strategies.
- Maintain and update a library of best practices and prompt templates for the engineering team.
- Analyze user feedback loops to identify areas for prompt refinement and system improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on AI or software documentation.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the nuances of prompting techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, ReAct).
- Proficiency in Python scripting and basic data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and style.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI output issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
