Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize complex prompt chains to maximize LLM performance and output accuracy.
- Develop and implement "Few-Shot" prompting strategies to guide model behavior in specific domains.
- Analyze model outputs for hallucinations, biases, and logical inconsistencies, refining prompts iteratively.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for the wider engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NLP, Natural Language Understanding, or prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript with experience using OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including technical writing and rhetoric.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI reasoning errors.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
