Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, test, and refine prompts to maximize the accuracy, safety, and creativity of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude.
- User Experience Design: Craft intuitive conversational flows and interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations, implementing iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into scalable applications.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, methodologies, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering to propose innovative use cases for our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related role with a focus on AI or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, specifically in fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations for AI models.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex linguistic challenges and derive creative solutions.
