Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design and implement advanced prompt strategies to optimize the performance of GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs for specific business applications.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and iteration on prompt variations to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user experience.
- Content Generation: Develop creative and technical prompts for marketing, customer service automation, and internal data processing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our software solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze output metrics to identify trends and refine prompt structures for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or a related technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Python, APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), and basic machine learning concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail, tone, and style.
- Problem Solving: Strong logical reasoning skills to troubleshoot complex AI behaviors and implement logical constraints.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field is preferred.
