Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to achieve specific business objectives.
- Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement and iterate on prompt structures to enhance accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt-based solutions into production applications.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine optimal performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a library of best-practice prompt templates for internal use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply new techniques to our workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, large language models, and generative AI capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in API integration (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Excellent command of the English language, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
