Your Mission
You will act as the translator between human intent and machine capability, ensuring our AI interactions are seamless, accurate, and helpful.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for various LLMs to achieve specific business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to compare prompt variations and determine the most effective strategies.
- Analyze model outputs to identify weaknesses and iteratively refine prompt engineering techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists to provide feedback for model fine-tuning and retraining.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI models, LLMs, or Generative AI tools.
- Strong command of the English language, including syntax, tone, and semantics.
- Experience writing Python scripts to interact with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
