Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt templates to maximize the accuracy and utility of AI models.
- Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative fine-tuning strategies.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or software engineering with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or Bard.
- Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and creative writing principles.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems into clear, actionable instructions for AI systems.
- Experience with prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and system prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
