Responsibilities
- Architect Complex Prompts: Design, test, and refine high-impact prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output accuracy and creativity.
- Model Optimization: Analyze AI responses to identify biases, inaccuracies, or hallucinations, and implement iterative improvements to model behavior.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and developers to translate business requirements into effective prompt engineering strategies.
- Documentation & Strategy: Establish comprehensive prompt libraries and best practices guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt structures to determine the most effective approaches for various use cases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computational linguistics, or prompt engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Creative Writing: Exceptional command of language with a keen eye for tone, nuance, and user experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex AI interactions.
