- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing of prompts to measure performance, accuracy, and safety across various use cases.
- Feedback Loops: Analyze AI output for errors, biases, or hallucinations and provide detailed feedback to the engineering team for fine-tuning.
- Content Strategy: Develop content pipelines that leverage AI for marketing, customer support, and internal documentation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of prompt strategies, testing methodologies, and results for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication: Native-level proficiency in English with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think laterally and creatively to solve problems through text-based interaction.
